Same Plan issue after new update HP Carbon

You need to follow below steps,

1. Backup your profiles and presets

2. Backup winoxygen.bat file

3. Uninstall 1.4.9

4. Download and Reinstall 1.4.9

5. Install full Setup and load old profiles and presets.

6. Now check further and still further problem is there, then contact with further data
